Clyde Kendzierski

clyde_kendzierski_thumbMr. Kendzierski is a Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of FSG. Clyde received his undergraduate degree "cum laude" from California State University in Political Science. Undergraduate studies included heavy emphasis in economics and finance courses. Mr. Kendzierski received his Masters Degree in Economics also from CSULB.

Immediately prior to engaging in the investment advisory business he was employed by Union Bank of California from 1986 through 1990 as Vice President-Senior Bond Trader. From 1977 through 1986, Mr. Kendzierski was employed by First Interstate Bank of California as Vice-President Eurodollar trading. During these years he managed over $1.5 billion dollars. In addition to his trading responsibilities, he was a member of, or adviser to, various senior bank management committees including Money Management, Asset Liability, and Finance Plan. Mr. Kendzierski participated in the creation of the first major municipal housing finance bond issue. He acted as trustee for the Kuwaiti government. Further, Mr. Kendzierski was responsible for the management of Nassau branch and International Banking Facility of First Interstate Bank, as well as setting up the treasury function of the Canadian subsidiary of First Interstate. He was regularly consulted by the Federal Reserve and the Bank for International Settlements regarding his market outlook and insights. Mr. Kendzierski retired several years ago from Bank of the West as Senior Vice President and Capital Markets Treasury Fixed Income Section Manager.

Mr. Kendzierski has served as a lecturer on investments for a seminar series sponsored by California State University and other organizers and meets a portion of the continuing education requirement for Certified Public Accountants. He has been frequently interviewed on television and radio in Los Angeles. His economic and investment opinions have been quoted in major US financial publications. Further, Mr. Kendzierski served on the Treasury Oversight Committee for the County of Orange, CA after the county suffered the largest municipal bankruptcy in history for the purposes of constructing a new investment policy. He recently resigned as an adviser for the County Treasurer in establishing new investment policies to focus on his advisory duties with FSG. Mr. Kendzierski also has an extensive background in real estate. He was licensed by the California Department of Real Estate as a principal in one of Southern California’s largest Condominium Management firms in the early 1970's. Mr. Kendzierski holds an in active license from the state of California as a general contractor. During 1991 and 1992, he actively operated a construction firm and has been an active Real Estate investor.

 

Larry Maxson, CPA

larry_maxson_thumbLarry Maxson is a Managing Director of FSG. He is also a certified public accountant whose specialties include business and non-profit organization advisory services, taxation, and financial planning. He acquired his B.S. in Business Administration/Accounting from California State University, Long Beach. He also has certification in Advanced Personal Financial Planning from CSCPA, and is a 1999 Graduate of the Masters Program. Larry has worked in public accounting over 30 years and is a partner of Maxson & Associates. Larry belongs to The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Barnabus Group.

 

 

 

 

Christopher Kendzierski, AIF®

securedownload1Chris Kendzierski is Operations  Manager and Chief Compliance Officer of FSG. He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) candidate. Chris acquired his B.A. in History from University of California, LosAngeles (UCLA). He began working in the investment advisory industry in 2004.
